Apply AI to scaling self-improving organisational systems and ventures

Location:

People who can regularly meet in Bondi Beach are strongly preferred.

We are however open to global talent.

Scope:

Part-time, initially total around one day per week, could increase.

Role:

We are looking for a highly capable multi-talented project/ product manager to work closely with futurist and entrepreneur Ross Dawson and his team across a range of ventures and for global top-tier client work.

Our focus is on building (self-)improving Humans + AI processes and workflows, integrating human talent with AI scalability.

We are currently building and going to market with a range of ventures: AI-augmented strategy platform Fraxios, AI-assisted thinking app Thoughtweaver, collective-intelligence platform MetaQuorum, the Humans + AI Teaming course, the Humans + AI Community, a Humans + AI events series, and Bondi Innovation, among others. We are also establishing AI-enabled organisational structures to scale these ventures and their synergies.

This is deliberately our widest door. There are several potential roles here, suiting different levels and types of experience. we’re interested both in outstanding generalists who can span more than one of these and in specialists deep in one. We often begin with a project or trial and grow the right person into a core role. Roles include:

• Process master, setting up and running organisational workflows. Experienced in Notion and using MCP and automations to orchestrate work.
• Running and improving content/ web/ social Humans + AI workflows — landing pages, web design, newsletters, content workflows, etc.
• Product Leader for one of more of our emerging products, including ThoughtWeaver and MetaQuorum, to build and launch as high-potential ventures.
• Building, supervising, or supporting the development of multiple AI applications for internal use and the market.
• AI-augmented B2B product management and go-to-market activities.
• Fractional CTO role for AI/ technical architecture and engineering leadership across ventures.
• Building and improving organisational AI operating systems.

The specific expertise set can vary, but AI immersion and excellent project management capabilities are essential.

The successful candidate will be working with a team of local and remote specialists.

Capabilities:

We are looking for both general and specific skills, including in approximate order of priority:

• Actively exploring the edge of AI capabilities in project and product management.
• At a minimum solid experience with vibe coding, preferably with pre-AI software development experience.
• Familiar with self-improving AI systems.
• Experience in startups or other demanding project environments.
• Experienced in or at minimum familiar with automation workflows.
• Have worked in GTM, growth, or adjacent fields.
• Super smart, reliable, and great to work with (essential!).
