Apply Humans + AI product management to experimental development processes
Location:
Applicants who are available for regular meetings in Bondi Beach are strongly preferred.
We are however open to talent anywhere.
Scope:
Part-time, initially around 1 day per week, could increase.
Role:
We are looking for a highly capable Humans + AI product manager to work closely with futurist and entrepreneur Ross Dawson on three products:
- ThoughtWeaver AI-augmented thinking workflows software.
- Fraxios AI-Augmented strategy software.
- Humans + AI Teaming enterprise learning course.
We need an experienced PM who deeply understands user feedback loops, UX and product pathways, and is at the vanguard of using AI in the product development process.
The role is to:
- Work closely with Ross Dawson to develop, refine and advance our product roadmap to create massive value for users
- Design and implement Beta programs that gain valuable product feedback and flow into paid subscriptions.
- Work closely with Beta users and clients to shape the product to meet current and emerging needs.
- Bring a strong and experienced UX perspective to bear
- Design pathways for customer feedback and behaviors to be incorporated into product
- Establish the foundations for commercial success
The successful candidate will be working with a team of local and remote specialists.
Capabilities:
We are looking for:
- Significant product management experience in early-stage SaaS startups, ideally in productivity or adjacent domains
- At the edge of using AI in the PM process and solid understanding of AI-assisted software development
- Strong capabilities at delivering UX excellence (we expect to have a separate UI designer)
- Aligned with Humans + AI perspectives and obsessed with AI-augmented thinking
- Experienced in preferably both B2B and B2C SaaS product launches and growth marketing
