Role:

We are looking for a highly capable Humans + AI product manager to work closely with futurist and entrepreneur Ross Dawson on two products:

• Fraxios AI-Augmented strategy platform.
• Humans + AI Teaming enterprise learning platform.

We need an experienced PM who deeply understands user feedback loops, UX and product pathways, and is at the vanguard of using AI in the product development process.

The role is to:

• Run our Beta and early-customer programs so they generate rich feedback and convert into paid clients.
• Engage closely with corporate beta users and clients: building relationships, driving engagement and retention, and making sure they get real value.
• Turn what we learn from live usage into clear product direction, synthesising feedback and behaviour into our roadmap.
• Help establish the foundations for commercial success.

The successful candidate will be working with a team of local and remote specialists.

Capabilities:

We are looking for:

• Significant product management experience in early-stage B2B SaaS, ideally in strategy, corporate learning, or adjacent domains.
• Comfortable working directly with senior corporate executives, with strong client-success instincts.
• At the edge of using AI in the PM process, with a solid understanding of AI-assisted software development.
• Experience in UX and customer journey mapping
• Aligned with Humans + AI perspectives and obsessed with AI-augmented thinking.
• Exposure to strategy consulting or enterprise learning a strong positive.
